Recruiters can now add their own competencies directly to a specific recruitment project. These competencies are unique to the project and do not affect the company's central competency framework.
Project-specific competencies are not displayed in interview forms or reference check forms.
When a project-specific competency is created, it immediately becomes available for assessment and is displayed under the category "Project-Specific Competencies".
The competency uses the same rating scale (1-5) as all other competencies and is included in:
- Candidate assessments
- The comparison matrix
- Excel exports
How to add a project-specific competency:
- Open the recruitment project/job posting.
- Go to the first tab where competencies are managed.
- Click Add Competency.
- Enter a name for the competency. If the central competency framework supports multiple languages, a field will be displayed for each language.
- Click Save.
Important considerations
- The same competency name cannot be used more than once within the same project.
- If a project-specific competency is deleted, any associated assessments and scores will also be removed.
- If the project's competency framework is changed, all project-specific competencies and their associated assessments will be removed.
