Statuses can be added or removed by Varbi support.
If you wish to make changes, an administrator should send an email to support@varbi.com.
To add a new status, support needs the following information:
- What color should the status have: red or green? (Orange is not possible)
- Where in the list should the status be placed? (Between which two existing statuses)
Important: The following statuses are mandatory and cannot be moved or deactivated:
- Employed (Green)
- New (Green)
- New (Not qualified) (Orange – this is the only status allowed to be orange)
- Rejected (Red)
- Rejected – via phone (Red)
Statuses above "New" are green.
Statuses below "New (Not qualified)" are red.
Candidates are ranked based on their position in the status list.
(For example, candidates with the status "Interview" will appear above those with the status "Not interesting")
