It is not possible to create a Teams invitation directly in Grade Varbi, but you can subscribe to the interview calendar using a URL address.
To access the URL for the calendar, follow these steps:
Go to Recruitments -> Vacancy -> Applications -> Interview Booking -> View iCalendar links (at the bottom).
Copy the link.
Then, follow these steps:
1. Log for example in to Outlook.com
2. At the bottom of the page, select Calendar
3. Choose Add calendar in the navigation pane
4. Select Subscribe from web
5. Enter the URL address for the calendar
6. Choose Import
