How do I send out an interview request?

Go to applications, select the candidate(s) you want to invite for an interview


1. Click on "Book interview"

2. Then click on ''Add new interview slot'' to add interview times

3. Fill in all the details and then click save

To add more slots, you either start again with 'New interview slot' or you copy and base it on the options available there

4. Select the times you wish to send to the candidate(s)

5. Next, click on "Create invitation"

6. Once you're in Create invitation, you can fill in any text that should be included in the message to the candidate(s)

7. Send invite

If you send the invitation to multiple candidates, they will choose times according to the "first come, first served" principle. Candidates do not see that the message has been sent to anyone other than themselves.
