Request supplement

When creating a request for additional information:

Select the candidate and then click on 'More actions' → 'Request supplement'


The completion request is a messaging function, so when you send out a request for additional information, you write a message to the candidate(s).

In the message, you can write freely and/or ask questions in the same way as in the job ad.

This is what it looks like when you create a completion request:

(Under 'Edit templates', you can create your own templates – these are only linked to the Request completion function.


Note that tags such as %me::name% do not work in the Request completion function.)


Once the request has been sent, a + will appear next to the candidate’s name.



If you hover over the "+" or open the candidate card, you’ll see the status of the supplement request.
In the example below, a supplement request has been sent.

Inside the candidate's profile, there is a separate field showing their responses to the supplement request.
This is kept separate from any questions that may have been asked during the application process.

When the candidate has completed all parts of the completion request, their status changes to:
