Users with the permission: "Create, edit, and archive vacancies" or "Publish vacancies" for recruitments have the opportunity to create question module templates in the editing mode.
Create the questions you want to add -> then click on 'Edit question module templates' -> 'Create new question module template from advertisement'.
Fill in the title of the template and specify who should have access to the template.
Please note:
If a question module template is set as personal, only the user who created the template can see it.
If a question module template is linked to a sub-level, only users with permission to access that sub-level can see these templates.
If a question module template is linked to the company, everyone can see and use the template.
