A user with the permission: superuser or administrator can deactivate and remove a user.
This is done under Admin -> Users -> Search for the user -> Deactivate user.
For statistical and historical purposes, we recommend deactivating a user instead of removing them.
If the user is completely removed in Grade Varbi, they will disappear from their previous cases, and you won't be able to see who was responsible for recruitment in the case.
Please note: Only active users count towards the number of used licenses. An inactive user is not counted.
