I am having trouble logging in

If you experience issues logging in, start by restarting your browser.

If that doesn't solve the problem, try clearing all cookies in your browser and then restarting the browser.

Step 1: Close all tabs and restart the browser.

Step 2: Try logging in again.

Step 3: Clear Cookies in the browser you are using (see instructions below)


Edge

1. Select Settings > Privacy, search, and services. 

2. Select Choose what to clear under Clear browsing data > Clear browsing data now. 

3. Under Time range, choose a time range from the list. 

4. Select Cookies and other site data

5. Select Clear now.

Chrome

1. On your computer, open Chrome.

2. At the top right, click More.

3. Click History. History.

4. On the left, click Clear browsing data.

5. Select how much history you want to delete. To clear everything, select All time.

6. Check the boxes for the info you want Chrome to clear, be sure to include Cookies

7. Click "Clear data". 

Safari
1. Go to Settings > Safari > Avanced > Website Data
2. Tap "Remove all Website Data
When there is no website data to clear the button to clear it turns gray. 
 Firefox
1. Click the menu button. to open the menu panel.
2. Click History and select Clear Recent History…
3. Select how much history you want to clear, be sure to include cookies
4. Click the "Clear Now" button.
Opera
1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Del to open your "Clear brosing data" options
2. Make sure "Cookies and site data" is selected
3. Click "Clear data"

To see or remove individual cookies go to: 
1. Settings > Advanced > Privacy and Security
2. Click "Settings"
3. Click "Cookies and site data"
4. Select "See all cookies and site data"
5. Use the search bar to find a specific cookie
6. Click the trash icon to delete individual cookies.
